7月18日消息，三位知情人士表示，俄罗斯诺里尔斯克镍公司（Nornickel）正与几家中国电池企业洽谈合资建厂事宜，中伟新材料（CNGR Advanced Materials）和宁德时代子公司邦普循环科技（Brunp Recycling）据称在与诺镍接触公司之列。诺镍和中伟方面不予置评。邦普循环未回应置评请求。（路透）
