财联社7月18日电，制药公司Ardelyx在周三宣布，已向美国卫生与公众服务部以及医疗保险和医疗补助服务中心(CMS)提起法律诉讼。该公司对CMS计划将其用于治疗肾病的药物Xphozah纳入医疗保险支付捆绑系统表示反对。
