7 月 15 日，供应链传出消息，台积电近期准备开始生产英伟达最新Blackwell平台构架绘图处理器，英伟达因需求强劲，增加对台积电投片量25%。
英伟达Blackwell 架构 GPU 配备 2080 亿个电晶体，采用台积电 4 纳米制程制造。目前，亚马逊、戴尔、谷歌、Meta、微软等国际大厂都将导入英伟达 Blackwell 架构 GPU 打造 AI 服务器。
