7月13日18时41分，内江市气象台解除暴雨红色预警信号，降水逐渐减弱。17时50分左右，有网友拍到天空中出现彩虹。7月13日13时至13日19时，内江市148个观测站中，有3个观测站降水在100毫米—150毫米之间。降雨之后，城区道路容易积水，交警部门提醒广大驾驶人提前做好出行规划。
