财联社7月10日电，腾讯发布全员邮件称将调整内部薪酬福利政策。腾讯表示，过去两年，外部环境的变化让不少员工对于即时稳定的现金流有了更高诉求。经过慎重评估后，决定今年除正常进行年度薪酬回顾外，还将对薪酬结构做出两个调整：1.进行全公司薪酬结构的调整，把服务奖融入月薪。2.将现有的易居租房补贴融入月薪。相关调整于2024年7月1日起生效，8月5日的发薪中开始体现。
