北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）7月9日晚间，嘉应制药（002198）发布公告称，公司持股5%以上股东陈少彬于近日与养天和签署《股份转让协议》，陈少彬将其持有的公司7%股份转让给养天和。
公告显示，本次权益变动前，陈少彬持有10.01%公司股份，养天和未持有公司股份。本次权益变动后，陈少彬持有3.01%公司股份，养天和持有7%公司股份。
