松果财经讯，天眼查经营风险信息显示，近日，沈阳亿纬锂能有限公司因未依照规定的期限公示年度报告，被沈阳市铁西区市场监督管理局列入经营异常名录。
该公司成立于2022年11月，法定代表人为李沐芬，注册资本3亿人民币，经营范围含新兴能源技术研发、电池制造、电池销售、新材料技术研发、合成材料制造、汽车零部件及配件制造等，由亿纬锂能（300014）全资持股。
