格隆汇7月5日丨三和管桩(003037.SZ)公布，公司董事会于近日收到公司财务总监汪志宏提交的辞职报告。汪志宏因个人原因申请辞去公司财务总监职务。辞职后，汪志宏不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。根据《公司法》《公司章程》等有关规定，汪志宏的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效，其辞职不会影响公司的正常运作。
