7月3日，汉口银行发布公告称，为向客户提供更优质的金融服务，该行手机银行APP和直销银行APP已进行全面整合和优化升级，原直销银行APP业务已迁移至手机银行APP，直销银行APP将于2024年7月9日关停下线，客户可以通过手机银行APP继续办理原直销银行APP的业务。
