7月3日，天味食品在投资者互动平台中指出，公司始终坚持开放创新理念，保持敏锐的行业嗅觉，持续研究预制菜，目前暂无执行和推广的规划。
同日，针对其他提问，天味食品另表示，截至目前，公司仍持有麦金地5%股权。
