《科创板日报》4日讯，三星负责芯片设计的系统LSI部门正在进行业务和组织重组，将优先发展AI芯片。此次从事汽车处理器“Exynos Auto”（代号KITT3）开发的的人员已在该部门内重新分配到AI系统级芯片（SoC）团队，该团队现在是三星设计工作的重点。目前，该部门集中了100-150名专门设计人员，致力于AI芯片设计。 (Businesskorea)
