My name is Panisara Thianthong，and my Chinese name is Zhou Lan. I have been working in CPP for 7 years. I have participated in the Northern Thailand Refined Oil Project and HINKONG POWER GAS PIPELINE & MRS PROJECT and I currently hold the community relationship position for the Bang Pa Korn Project in Thailand. My main responsibility is to cooperate with the on-site in land acquisition coordination. I like singing and dancing. I have served as the host of company & project gala many times.

我叫Panisara Thianthong，中文名字叫周岚，在管道局工作7年了。曾参与过泰国北部成品油和欣港项目，现在在泰国邦巴功项目的征地协调岗位。主要工作是配合现场做好征地协调等工作。我喜欢唱歌、跳舞，曾多次担任项目年会主持人。

In 2016, I was fortunate to be selected as an exchange student at Guizhou University of Finance and Economics. During my one-year study in China, the impression China gives to me had changed significantly. The long history, traditional crafts and arts of China deeply attracted me. My teacher taught me how to make Chinese knots, Paper Cuttings and calligraphy. At first, I thought that Chinese knots and Paper Cuttings were just decorative, but later I learned that they are not only for appreciation, but also for the meaning of cutting and knotting, which gave me a deeper understanding of China's splendid culture of five thousand years.

2016年，我很幸运被选为贵州财经大学的交换生。在中国学习的一年时间里，让我对中国的印象产生了很大的变化。中国的悠久历史、传统工艺和艺术等，都深深地吸引着我，老师教会我编中国结、剪纸，还有书法。刚开始，我认为学会编中国结和剪纸，只是做出欣赏品而已，但后来我才知道不只是欣赏品，这里面还有剪和结出来的意思，让我对中华民族上下五千年的悠久灿烂文化有了更深的了解。

I feel like I am in a great family working in CPP, where every Chinese colleague is so kind to me. They have provided me with a lot of help in both work and daily life. They would offer their best help on everything on which I can't understand in work. In daily life, they never treat as an outsider when going out for dinners or for team building activities.

在管道局工作的日子里，我感觉就像走进一个有爱的大家庭里，每名中国人都对我特别好，不管是工作方面，还是生活方面，都给予我很多帮助，工作上有不懂的地方他们会教我。生活上无论是聚餐，还是出去参加团建活动，他们都没有把我当外人。

I have learned a lot with CPP, and I hope to work even harder and learn more in the future. In my future work, I will continue to strive to improve my personal abilities and qualities, and contribute to the development of the company.

我在管道局学到了不少东西，今后，我会比去年的自己更加努力，努力学会更多的知识。在未来的工作中，我将继续努力提升个人能力和综合素质，为管道局的发展贡献自己的力量。
