7月3日，据“普洱发布”消息，为促进普洱房地产市场平稳健康发展，进一步支持刚性和改善性住房需求，切实减轻缴存人家庭购买新建商品住房支付购房首付款的资金压力，日前，普洱市住房公积金管理中心、普洱市住房和城乡建设局发布《关于购买新建商品住房提取住房公积金支付购房首付款的通知》，通知明确，7月4日起，普洱符合条件的购房职工家庭可以提取住房公积金支付首付款。
