6月28日14时，长江2024年第1号洪水形成。受上游来水影响，长江中下游干流水位快速上涨，长江安徽铜陵段出现超警戒水位，铜陵市党员干部带领当地群众做好各项防汛措施应对洪水。为保障汛期用电和夜间照明需求，铜陵市供电部门调配发电车和工程车，增设了约10公里的照明设施，并安排工作人员24小时值守。
