财联社7月1日电，记者获悉，连锁咖啡品牌Tim Hortons中国业务宣布获得了来自创始股东笛卡尔资本和国际餐饮集团RBI总计高达6500万美元的融资和额外资金。据悉本次融资包括5000万美元的可转换债券，其中4000万美元已在交割时支付，其余部分将在未来7个月内支付，每笔支付需满足特定条件。
