财联社7月1日电，波音公司1日宣布已达成收购其零部件供应商势必锐航空系统公司的最终协议，本次收购为全股票交易，股权价值约为47亿美元，即每股37.25美元。交易总价值约为83亿美元，其中包括势必锐最近报告的净债务。
