近年来，西安市公安局持续推动公安政务服务从“能办”向“好办”转变，通过构建完善西安警民网上“心连心”平台等实现“一网通办”，提升各政务服务大厅和派出所的办事服务水平，方便群众“一次办成”或少跑路，不断提高公安机关为民服务质效。
