天眼查经营风险信息显示，近日，CK运营方鹏卫齐商业（上海）有限公司因销售不合格产品冒充合格产品，被静安区市场监督管理局罚款1万余元、没收违法所得551.95元。处罚事由显示，经检验，该公司广州第一分店销售的一款腰带质量不合格，该产品当事人共订购10根，售出2根。
