6月17日，高铁新城片控制性详细规划修编（N04-I12-1等地块）批前公示。
修改内容如下：
将 N03-F282-1 地块由商业用地(B1)调整为商业商务用地(B1B2)用地面积调整为23583平方米，其余指标不变；
将 N03-F282-2 地块由中小学用地(A33)调整为居住用地(R2)，用地面积调整为 26781平方米，容积率≤2.8，建筑密度≤22%，绿地率>35%，建筑控高80米；
将 N04-I12-1 地块由商业与商务用地(B1B2)调整为中小学用地(A33)，容积率≤1.2，建筑密度≤35%，绿地率>30%，建筑控高24米。
根据公示， N04-I12-1 中小学用地将建设36个班的小学。
