6月14日，民生银行发布公告称，该行近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局通化监管分局关于核准中国民生银行股份有限公司收购梅河口民生村镇银行股份有限公司设立分支机构的批复》（通金复〔2024〕28号），同意收购梅河口民生村镇银行股份有限公司，受让其他股东持有的梅河口民生村镇银行股份有限公司股份，并设立中国民生银行股份有限公司梅河口支行。
