界面新闻从东航获悉，6月14日，东航C919机型将开启第四条商业定期航线——上海虹桥往返广州白云，执行的MU5309航班在上海虹桥的起飞时间是09:30分,预计11:55分抵达广州白云；回程MU5316航班广州起飞时间是13:30分，预计16:00分抵达上海虹桥机场。东航方面称，“上海—广州”航线是东航重要的“精品快线”，东航在该航线的航班量达到每天36班（往返）。
