北京商报讯（记者 陶凤 王柱力）5月29日，紫光国微发布公告称，公司董事会于近日收到公司副总裁、董事会秘书杜林虎先生提交的书面辞职报告，因工作原因，杜林虎先生申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞去上述职务后，杜林虎先生继续担任公司副总裁职务。
