竹园二号隧道位于惠州市惠东县稔山镇境内，全长394.5米，于2023年9月6日开始施工。该隧道为单洞双线隧道，洞身最大埋深约58米，全隧均为Ⅴ级围岩，采用三台阶开挖法施工。
