华喦（1682-1756），清画家。字秋岳，号新罗山人、东园生、布衣生等，福建上杭人。自幼即喜绘画，尤精花鸟。所作花鸟，多姿多态，生趣盎然，干笔枯墨间以淡彩，寓雅逸于艳丽之中，构图独出心裁，为清代中叶花鸟画之中坚，对后世扬州派、海派花鸟产生莫大影响。
