5月24日消息，淡水河谷在监管文件中表示，公司董事会批准聘请罗盛咨询为其遴选下一任CEO提供建议。淡水河谷称，将随时向市场通报遴选过程中的任何重大进展。
淡水河谷董事会预计在今年12月前批准新任CEO人选。
