优美科宣布Mathias Miedreich与监事会商定后决定卸任首席执行官一职，并由Bart Sap自5月16日起正式接任。
Bart Sap于2004年加入优美科，于2021年3月起担任催化业务集团执行副总裁。他的提名符合公司既定的继任计划。在接下来的数月中，Mathias Miedreich将继续为优美科提供建议。
