为进一步促进中外人员往来，中方决定延长对法国、德国、意大利、荷兰、西班牙、马来西亚、瑞士、爱尔兰、匈牙利、奥地利、比利时、卢森堡12个国家免签政策至2025年12月31日。

To promote exchanges between Chinese and foreign nationals, China has decided to extend the visa-free policy to Dec. 31, 2025, for citizens of France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

【知识点】

一段时间以来，中方持续推出多项来华签证优化措施，包括减少签证申请表填报内容、阶段性调减签证费、简化来华留学审批手续、免采部分申请人指纹、免签证预约、对部分国家试行免签政策等，进一步破解外籍人员来华的难点、堵点。

中方决定延长对法国、德国、意大利、荷兰、西班牙、马来西亚、瑞士、爱尔兰、匈牙利、奥地利、比利时、卢森堡12个国家免签政策至2025年12月31日。上述国家持普通护照人员来华经商、旅游观光、探亲访友和过境不超过15天可免办签证入境，不符合免签条件人员需在入境前办妥来华签证。
