北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）4月23日，"交通银行App崩了"登上热搜，有不少网友表示，在支付时发现银行提示系统维护，App登不上，人脸识别无法登陆，不能转账。
北京商报记者查询发现，该行App在线客服显示"系统正忙，请稍后尝试"，致电交通银行客服电话咨询，则一直处于排队中，未有人接听。
