公告指出，“22 美置 01”回售登记期为2024年4月9日至2024年4月15日。回售价格面值 100 元人民币。投资者有权在2024年4月9日至4月15日的回售登记期内，将持有的本期债券按面值全部或部分回售给发行人美的置业，或选择继续持有。回售资金兑付日定为2024年5月24日。
