3月末，新疆巴楚县120万亩棉花全面开播。巴楚县靠近塔克拉玛干沙漠，气候干旱，土地盐碱度高。近年来，依托土地改良和高标准农田建设，巴楚县大规模推广“干播湿出”种植技术，促进棉花增产，棉农增收。
