财联社3月28日电，诺思格公告，持股5%的股东和谐成长二期（义乌）投资中心（有限合伙）（简称“和谐成长二期”）与持股2.2450%的股东珠海和谐康健投资基金（有限合伙）（简称“和谐康健”）计划以大宗交易方式、集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份合计288万股（占公司总股本的3%）。
