2024年3月14日，*ST越博(300742.SZ)发布公告称，公司董事会于近日收到公司独立董事王显会、独立董事沈菊琴、独立董事黄敏、非独立董事周学勤提交的书面辞职报告。4名董事因个人原因申请辞去公司第三届董事会独立董事、非独立董事职务。辞职后王显会、沈菊琴、黄敏将不再担任公司任何职务，周学勤将继续担任公司其他职务。
