丰田汽车公司和日产汽车公司等日本大型企业3月13日在年度工资谈判中提出了数十年来最大的加薪幅度。日产汽车公司同意将月工资平均提高18000日元，这是该公司自2005年实行现行工资制度以来的最大涨幅。日本制铁公司表示，将把基本工资每月提高35000日元，比工会的要求高出5000日元。
