观点网讯：3月8日消息，宁波慈溪市将于3月29日出让位于古塘街道的新潮塘5#地块。
该地块出让面积为52796平方米，容积率为1.2-1.6，预计建筑面积为84473.6平方米。根据规定，该地块允许配建计容建筑面积小于10%的商业用房。
同时，需配建三块城市公共绿化用地，总面积为10459平方米，以及一块城市河道驳岸，面积为8230平方米。
在价格方面，该地块起价为65136万元，起始楼面价为7711元/平方米。
