中金公司研报认为，2024年2月29日，山东省发布通知，自3月1日起，对行驶于山东省高速公路且安装ETC套装设备的氢能车辆暂免收取高速公路通行费，政策试行期2年。减免高速公路通行费若推广至全国，有望降低氢能重卡全生命周期成本TCO，推动氢能重卡上量，加速氢能产业链商业化落地。
