3月7日晚间，禹洲集团在港交所公告境外债务整体解决方案进一步进展：于本公告日期，持有约占现有公开票据未偿还本金总额73.6%及其他现有债务工具未偿还本金总额64.9%的现有票据持有人已加入重组支持协议。公司恳请所有尚未加入重组支持协议的现有票据持有人尽快加入重组支持协议。
