小贴士:
真实的太阳日（即太阳连续两次经过某一地方的子午圈的时间）长度在一年中会有所变化。平均太阳时间通过将真实太阳日在一年中的变化平均化来计算。这样，每天都被均匀地划分为24小时，而不考虑真实太阳日的微小变化。
