近日，安提瓜和巴布达籍“河畔”轮靠泊天津港汇盛码头，将搭载10台国产窄轨内燃机车及其配件发往塞拉利昂弗里敦港。天津边检总站东疆边检站全程开启“绿色通道”，为此次以保税租赁方式出口的内燃机车保驾护航，助力中国高端制造走出国门。
