【财华社讯】枫叶教育(01317.HK)公布，公司已于2024年2月9日悉数赎回1.25亿美元于2026年到期的2.25%可换股债券(证券代号：40564)。截至该日期应计但未付的所有利息亦已全额支付。
截至本公告日期，所有债券已获赎回，且无仍发行在外的债券。公司已向香港联合交易所有限公司申请撤回债券上市。该撤销上市预计将于2024年2月26日营业时间结束时生效。
