正月初七，传说这天是人类的诞辰日，即人的生日，民间曾把这天叫做“人日”“人日节”或“人胜节”。中国人民在这一天戴人胜，吃七宝羹，吃面条，登高赋诗。民俗专家表示，“人日”反映了中国古代劳动人民祈福纳吉和求平保安的愿望以及对“人”本身的尊重。
