齐鲁网·闪电新闻2月8日讯每年11月上旬至次年4月，海鸥不再眷恋大海，缓缓而栖。逐食而居的特性，也让海鸥成为大自然与城市之间的信使。1994年，青岛发起“挽留海鸥”行动，长达30年的守护，让海鸥把青岛当成了家。
