盛新锂能2月7日公告，全资子公司盛威致远国际有限公司（简称“盛威国际”）与澳大利亚锂矿生产商Pilbara Minerals Ltd.（简称“Pilbara”）的全资子公司 Pilgangoora Operations Pty Ltd. （简称“Pilgangoora”）签订了《锂精矿承购协议》，公司将在2024年至2026年期间向Pilgangoora采购锂辉石精矿。
根据本协议，Pilgangoora 2024年向盛威国际供应锂辉石精矿8.5万吨、2025年供应锂辉石精矿15万吨、2026年供应锂辉石精矿15万吨；产品价格根据双方约定的定价公式进行计算确定。
