近日，工程建设集团成功中标云南省楚雄市富民工业水厂及输配水管网工程特许经营项目。
项目计划总投资约4.81亿元，包括一座新建水质预处理厂以及取水、输水、供配水等工程。该项目是工程建设集团第一次采用“DBFOT设计-建设-融资-运营-移交”的特许经营实施模式中标的项目，为后续经营开发工作提供了宝贵经验。
