2月6日，凉山州工会第十次代表大会胜利闭幕。在当天下午召开的州总工会第十届委员会第一次全体会议上，选举产生了新一届州总工会领导班子。
州委常委、州委统战部部长沙英当选州总工会第十届委员会主席。
巫阿琼、刘峰、肖天荣、安小林（兼职）、陈燕美（兼职）、潘雄荣（兼职）当选副主席。
