据央视新闻，当地时间2月5日，泰国曼谷巴吞旺法院裁定，国会议员皮塔和已被法院宣布解散的新未来党的创始人塔纳通等8人，因2019年12月14日在曼谷艺术文化中心前组织非法集会，违反集会法相关条款，分别被判处有期徒刑4个月，缓刑2年。
