2月1日，国务院新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，介绍2023年全年财政收支情况。财政部副部长王东伟介绍，全国一般公共预算支出2023年达到27.46万亿元，增长5.4%。重点领域保障有力，社会保障和就业支出增长8.9%，教育支出增长4.5%，科技支出增长7.9%，农林水支出增长6.5%，城乡社区支出增长5.7%。
