观点网讯：1月29日，招商蛇口宣布，于2015年投资建设的天津招商美伦辉盛坊国际公寓将于2月1日正式更名为天津奥体壹棠服务公寓。
据悉，此次更名标志着该公寓的管理权由新加坡运营商辉盛国际转交给招商伊敦运营。
资料显示，天津奥体壹棠服务公寓拥有192套房源，房型从单间到三居室套房不等，旨在满足不同客户的需求，无论是独居还是家庭居住。
