财联社1月26日电，知情人士称，美国医疗保健技术公司Zelis的私募股权投资方在对其考虑各种选项，包括可能出售。贝恩资本和Parthenon Capital与潜在顾问进行沟通，探讨将Zelis出售或首次公开募股，并对通过非公开交易为Zelis引入新的投资者持开放态度。其中一位知情人士称，Zelis在任何交易中的估值都可能达到150亿美元或以上。有关Zelis的讨论还处于初期阶段，尚未作出最终决定。贝恩资本、Parthenon和Zelis的代表不予置评。 (彭博)
