财联社1月15日电，郑州2024年第一场拍地开启，位于郑东新区北龙湖的一宗地块溢价率达到了36%。根据土地出让文件，该地块为政府储备土地且为现房销售地块。经过42轮报价，耗时近两个小时，地块被郑州市郑汴海义管理有限公司以7.9亿元竞得，溢价率36%。
