财联社1月13日电，知情人士说，博通公司在收购VMware之后正在出售一项软件业务，殷拓集团和KKR等私募股权公司对收购该业务感兴趣。知情人士称，Thoma Bravo也一直在研究竞购该所谓的终端用户计算业务部门的可能性。知情人士称，该业务的估值可能在50亿美元左右，包括债务在内。该业务提供的软件让用户能够远程访问台式机和应用程序。 (彭博)
